What exactly does “managed” mean?
We handle everything: prospect data sourcing, email writing, sending, follow-ups, and optimisation. You provide your target market details and we do the rest. You can view all activity and results through your dashboard.
Where does the prospect data come from?
We source targeted B2B contact data from professional databases, verified and matched to your ideal customer profile. You don’t need to bring your own lists — it’s included in every plan.
What happens during setup?
We create your branded subdomain (e.g. yourcompany.prawnmail.co.uk), set up a dedicated Brevo sending account with proper email authentication, build a landing page for lead capture, source your initial prospect data, and configure your PrawnMail dashboard. Typically 3–5 business days.
Do I own the subdomain and landing page?
Subdomains (yourcompany.prawnmail.co.uk) remain PrawnMail property but are exclusively assigned to you during your subscription. Landing page designs are created by us as part of the service.
Can I see what emails are being sent?
Absolutely. Your dashboard shows every email, every prospect, and every campaign. You have full visibility at all times.
What’s the minimum commitment?
Month-to-month billing. No long-term contracts. We ask for at least one full month to demonstrate results.
Can I switch to self-service later?
Yes. If you’d prefer to manage campaigns yourself, we can transition you to a self-service plan. Your data transfers with you.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We’ll deactivate your subdomain and landing page within 30 days, and you can request a data export before then.
